We accept the following payment plans
Each of these plans is run by an outside finance provider, not by us. They set the limits, fees, repayment terms and approval criteria, and you apply directly with them. We can tell you what we accept, but we cannot advise you on which product to choose or whether you will be approved. Read the provider’s current terms in full before you sign up, because these products do change.
Afterpay
- Your cost split into four instalments, paid fortnightly

- Better suited to smaller amounts, with your limit set by Afterpay

Zip
- Zip has a few account types. Zip Pay suits smaller amounts, and Zip Money is built for larger purchases
- Zip Pay is interest free. Zip Money has an interest free period, with Zip’s standard rate applying to anything still owing once that period ends
- Minimum monthly repayments apply, and you can choose to repay more
- Monthly account fees can apply, and Zip Money may also charge a one off establishment fee
- Late fees can apply if you miss a minimum repayment
- Subject to approval, eligibility and a credit assessment

humm
- Built for larger treatment costs spread over a longer term
- Repay fortnightly or monthly, over terms that vary with the amount and the merchant
- Pay it off early at any time without a penalty
- Fees, charges and interest can apply, and vary with the plan, the amount and the merchant
- You will need to be 18 or over, live permanently in Australia, hold valid Australian ID and have a regular income
- Apply in the humm app, on the humm website, or with us at the time of your appointment

Preferred provider for Bupa, nib and CBHS, with HICAPS on site
We’re a preferred provider for Bupa, nib and CBHS. This means we have an agreement in place with these funds. Check with your fund to see how this applies to your cover.
We also have HICAPS on site, so you can swipe your health fund card straight after your appointment and claim your rebate then and there. You only pay the gap, if there is one. How much comes back depends on your fund and your level of cover.
We also accept cash and cards.
