Dr Mansoor Naseem has a special interest in paediatric dentistry and makes visiting the dentist exciting and fun for our younger patients. Our amazing and very capable female dentists Dr Shabanam Thavalengal and Dr Nova Hossain are also committed to looking after your young ones’ dental health.
Our aim is for children to have a positive dental experience and to ensure that they feel safe, comfortable, and special.
Baby Tooth Care
In addition to looking for and preventing any problems, an early visit to our St Marys dentist means we can advise you about caring for your child’s teeth and watching their diet.
We bulk bill through Medicare, under CDBS
We also provide dental treatment under the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS), where eligible children are granted $1,095 worth of treatment per two calendar years.
The CDBS provides eligible children with up to $1,095 in benefits for basic dental services, capped over two consecutive calendar years. A child is eligible for the CDBS if he or she is aged between 2 to 17 years for at least one day in the calendar year, is eligible for Medicare and receives, or is part of a family receiving, a relevant Australian government payment such as Family Tax Benefit Part A.
